We manufacture precision reflectors that can be used in further processing both in the low-temperature range (Makrolon) and in the high-temperature range (Ultrason).
For reflectors with micro-optics, it is necessary to work in the injection molding area with high injection pressure. Our machine technology is designed to be able to generate these pressure ratios.
In toolmaking, we work with partners who are experts in manufacturing these lenses specifically.
Especially the production of decorative trims and decorative elements with unusual shapes and different requirements on surfaces requires technically sophisticated injection technologies. We develop them on our own.
The optics in the optical fibres are mechanically produced in such a high surface quality that they do not have to be polished by hand. The examination of the optical fibres takes place with us:
- manual optical test at 100%,
- via transmission measuring device with appropriate recordings,
- Exposure values above luxmeter.
We know how to manufacture thick-walled lenses and LED conversion lenses / Primary Optic – through our own-developed gate concepts or tool concepts in the injection compression molding process.
In order to achieve the requested quality of light disks, we draw on a wealth of experience in the tool design and in the molding of the lens.
We produce our reflectors with the help of galvano inserts, which we purchase through specific manufacturers. The corresponding tool technology is fully implemented through us.
The molded parts are required to undergo a photometric test. With our know-how, we are able to secure the production in our own light channel by comparing measurements to the non-tested parts.
Our modern machinery includes two 2K machines with a weber turning device. Thus, we are able to produce both technical as well as optical 2K parts. We carry separate injection units for each machine, where we can sort and produce parts both in volume and in the area of glass clearing.
Our plastic housings provide high-quality solutions for further applications. They contain optical features and simultaneously place high technical demands on the the sheeting and on the connector geometrics.
